Opšta Odredba Naš cilj je da budete zadovoljni kupovinom. Ova politika definiše uslove pod kojima je moguć povraćaj novca za digitalne proizvode kupljene na sajtu www.zlaticabrajovic.com.

Pravila za Digitalne Proizvode (Masterclass, Vebinari, Radionice) S obzirom na prirodu digitalnih proizvoda koji uključuju live događaje i pristup snimcima, primenjuju se sledeća pravila:

  1. Povraćaj je moguć ukoliko pismeni zahtev pošaljete na email help@zlaticabrajovic.com najkasnije 24 sata pre zakazanog početka live događaja (treninga, vebinara). U tom slučaju, biće vam odobren pun povraćaj uplaćenog iznosa.
  2. Povraćaj novca NIJE MOGUĆ ukoliko je zahtev poslat nakon navedenog roka (manje od 24 sata pre početka) ili nakon što je live događaj održan. Nakon početka događaja, smatra se da je usluga isporučena i da ste dobili pristup vrednim informacijama, intelektualnoj svojini i snimku materijala.

Proces Zahteva Da biste zatražili povraćaj novca pod gorenavedenim uslovima, molimo vas da pošaljete email na help@zlaticabrajovic.com sa naslovom „Zahtev za povraćaj novca“ i navedete email adresu sa koje ste izvršili kupovinu.

General Provision Our goal is your satisfaction with our products. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds for digital products purchased from www.zlaticabrajovic.com.

Policy for Digital Products (Masterclasses, Webinars, Workshops) Due to the nature of digital products that include live events and access to recordings, the following rules apply:

  1. A full refund is available if a written request is sent to help@zlaticabrajovic.com no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the live event (training, webinar). In such cases, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
  2. A refund IS NOT AVAILABLE if the request is submitted after this deadline (i.e., less than 24 hours before the start) or after the live event has taken place. Once the event has commenced, the service is considered delivered, and you have gained access to valuable information, intellectual property, and the accompanying recording.

How to Request a Refund To request a refund under the terms outlined above, please send an email to help@zlaticabrajovic.com with the subject line „Refund Request“ and include the email address you used for the purchase.
